Office Space Outreach
Broomfield-based Foundation PAX sapiens is accepting applications from 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations for a low-cost, stand-alone office suite in the foundation office space. PAX is offering currently unutilized office space in support of Denver/Boulder-based nonprofit organization who could benefit from a deeply discounted office suite.
The ideal tenant is an early-stage nonprofit organization needing affordable office space that will accelerate growth towards achieving mission. Organizations interested in applying for consideration should fill in this form and can send any questions to Jeremiah Anthony at [email protected]. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis with a preference for a June 1, 2025 lease start date.
The NGO should also demonstrate a clear and impactful mission, accompanied with any documentation of a proven track record of success in their field, though for early-stage organizations, this does not have to be an extensive list. Alternatively, evidence that their methodology has worked with other organizations can also be submitted, as can case studies.
Since stability is a key concern, applying organizations should provide financial statements and a sustainable business model to ensure they can meet rental obligations. Additionally, the NGO should have a solid governance structure, including a board of directors and transparent decision-making processes.
